Castello di Amorosa Engagement
When David and Miles first contacted me about their engagement session and asked if I would be willing to fly out to Napa, you can imagine it took me all of 2 seconds to say, YES!!!! So last weekend I hopped on a flight from Seattle to San Francisco so that I could head out to the Napa Valley for a fun filled engagement shoot at Castello di Amorosa. To say that my little weekend trip was amazing would be an understatement!! Amazing weather, an amazing couple to work with and let’s be honest I mean it’s not every day that a girl gets to shoot in a castle amongst some of the most beautiful vineyards in the United States!! The castle is a working farm and they have all sorts of little animals roaming around the property. If you ever get a chance to head out to the Napa Valley a stop at the Castle is def a must! There is a chapel, a great hall, a courtyard, a royal apartment, a terrace, all surrounded by a hundred-seventy beautiful acres of forest and hills set amongst the world famous Napa Valley.
One of the things I love the most about being a photographer is the ability to capture clients in their favorite places!! My motto always is, “Have camera will travel”. Miles + David’s wedding this coming June will be my first international wedding in Cancun, Mexico and I can’t wait!!! They are getting married at the all inclusive Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort and it’s going to be amazing!!! Cancun isn’t the only location on my travel list this year, I’m also headed to Kauai, Hawaii this December!! Do you know someone looking for a destination wedding photographer? Would love to chat!!
